Originally from the Bronx, Dr. Horn attended the State University of New York to pursue his medical degree. He now teaches at the university, delivering lectures and publishing papers on the care of glaucoma. He keeps his practice up-to-date through vision expositions.

He offers general eye consultations, comprehensive dilated-eye examinations, and fittings for contact lenses and glasses, as well as treatment for issues including dry eye, eye misalignment, cataracts, and glaucoma.
