Before attending medical school, Dr. Hurst served in a diversity of roles in which he evaluated and credentialed doctors both in the US and in the Philippines. He earned his undergraduate degree at Regents College in Liberal Arts before attending medical school at Cebu Doctors’ University. He completed his family medicine residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, as well as an Internal Medicine Sub-Internship and an Infectious Disease Clerkship, both at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Hurst is licensed by the NFBM board, and is a certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) provider.
