At Journey Clinical, I provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including Spravato® (esketamine) for eligible adults with treatment-resistant depression, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy evaluations, and medication management. For Spravato, most major commercial plans are accepted — our team verifies your benefits and handles prior authorization before your first session. Spravato treatment is in person in Stuart; evaluations and medication management are available by video across Florida
