Dr. David J. Gomeringer is an insightful, thorough primary care physician and family care physician treating patients in Fort Myers and Greater Florida. His goal and the goal of his primary practice staff is to personalize each patient’s care to allow them to maximize their health. All recommendations and treatments are tailored to the individual.
Originally from Philadelphia, Dr. Gomeringer attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He continued his medical education at the Florida Hospital of East Orlando, where he completed an internship. For three years, Dr. Gomeringer served at a migrant and indigent health center, where he received on-the-job training for diverse medical conditions.
Dr. Gomeringer provides services including osteopathic manipulative therapy, minor surgery for the treatment of skin lesions and abscesses, steroid joint injections, and ear wax removal. When he is not in the office, Dr. Gomeringer volunteers for a variety of charitable organizations, including the March of Dimes, Harry Chapin Food Bank, the Red Cross, Relay for Life, the American Heart Association, and the Ronald McDonald House.
