About Jonathan Baldia

Please note, at this time this practice is exclusively self-pay - we offer membership plans! Jonathan Baldia, APRN is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. He is excited to join the mission of bringing affordable and accessible health care to Bonita Springs. He is passionate about quality patient-centered care and establishing strong provider-patient relationships. His clinical interests include health and wellness, men’s health, weight loss management, and preventative health. He is a graduate of Marymount University, Liberty University MSN CNS- Acute Care Tract and South University Family Nurse Practitioner Tract. He completed his clinical training at NCH Healthcare System and Baker Hospital. He served as a combat medic /clinical specialist (91B20/91C20) in the US Army from 1980 to 1994. He has over 25 years of emergency department experience and followed by a time at an inpatient pulmonary medicine group. In May 2021, Jonathan launched Medela Clinic. Jonathan states, “I am so happy to return to care in our community. Being a medical provider in a Direct Primary Care Practice model will allow me to focus my attention on YOU! I genuinely love caring for patients without the hassle of insurance and the pressures to see high volumes of patients in 15-minute increments. In my practice, you be able to speak to me directly and you will receive a timely response.” Jonathan can arrange home visits, video chat, or just a quick call or text visit. Because his patients pay a membership monthly, his time caring for you is not restricted to in-person visits. No more long waits to see or communicate with your medical provider. Jonathan Baldia’s passion, and the focus of his practice, are overall wellness–exercise, a healthy diet, and quality rest. He can help you manage most medical conditions in his office or home if necessary. He looks forward to connecting with you!
