Had the best experience with Dr Kraus! Wait time was not bad at all and he was so helpful. Not an incredibly "personal" doctor - he does not waste time, which I really appreciated. Go to him if you know what you need help with, and he'll have you in and out very quickly!!

This was my first time with Dr. Kraus. Found him on the internet because I do not have insurance as he offers a reasonable amount for a session. He was very patient with me, even when CVS did not have the medication I needed, he filled in another script and was very nice overall. Would recommend.

Efficient and effective. No messing around here, if you want to have someone to talk to for an hour, this isn't the right place for you. But, if you know what you need help with, the doctor will quickly assess and appropriately take action. No wasting time or playing games.

I had a terrific experience! I have seen many psychiatrists over the past year and have been so frustrated that none of them listen to my concerns. I live 90 minutes from dr brooks and took a chance that he could help me. I had an immediate connection and level of comfort , feeling that he didn't judge me for anything I told him. His goal was clearly to help me, and worked with me from an honest and professional point of view. I have two young teens and would love for them to be able to work with dr brooks! I am not only definitely going back...I look forward to it!!!!! Thank you dr brooks!!!!!

As a new patient I believed him to be efficient, a good listener and thoughtful to my symptoms. He prescribed the appropriate medication to my disorder which is the first for me. I've wasted so much time with other psychiatrist describing my symptoms and how I feel only for them to prescribe some anti depressant that made me feel worse. It's like they never listened! But Dr. Krauss did and I'm grateful for finding him.

Dr Kraus is an efficient Psychiatrist. This application of efficiency is not for everyone, but great for patients with existing conditions who need a script refill.

The wait was crazy. However, the time I spent in the office with him was great. First time there, my precious Doctor retires this month. One if my scripts is on the heavy side, meaning high milligram and three times a day. I absolutely did not feel judged while i was there, I came with a referral from my old Doctor, and he was more than happy to write scripts that I have been on for quite a while without any raised eyebrows or anything to make me feel awkward. I would recommend you go there, but if you are taking a few hours off work to go there, make sure you do that, take a few hours off. If you have an appointment at 1:00pm, so do 20 other people, so get thee early to get your name on the list early, and therefore get seen early. I'm

The guy at the front desk is super friendly & has everything organized & ready for you so that when you see the doctor, your visit is streamlined, Dr. Kraus is a nice guy really attentive & caring.
