He completed his training at Harvard, in Boston, Massachusetts in Head and Neck Surgery at the Combined Otolaryngology Program. He then went on to complete an advanced fellowship in Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery. During his fellowship, Dr. Lewis was on staff, teaching the residents at the University of California, San Francisco. He graduated from Mt.Sinai School of Medicine in New York City with Honors, and he has had numerous articles published and has lectured across the country. Dr. Lewis' training is particularly strong in Rhinology (Nasal and Sinus Disease) and Facial Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Lewis is on staff at both Englewood Hospital in Englewood , Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck and Hudson Crossing Ambulatory Surgical Center in Fort Lee, a State of the Art Surgical Center known for its quality of service as well as pediatric anesthesiologists among their staff.
