Very unorthodox and a little bit strange. Didn't really listen to my complaint either. His staff at the front desk however, they were great! Very courteous and very pleasant.
He just has to clean up
He's very good at making you feel comfortable while he conducts his examination. He seems to be very knowledgeable and thorough. My only gripe would be that his examination room is outdated.
When I booked the appointment I was told he took my insurance. I got to his office early and checked in. Over an hour passed and everyone else seemed to be callled in....but not me. I approached the front desk again. Dr. Gno finally told me he is out of network for my insurance....apparently nobody was going to bother to tell me that. I could have been there all day.
They understand my language
He is a old man and but a nice person. He took a long time for his investigation but did not give much info. Finally said a word about the cause of the disease.
Took my children to get their ears looked at to make sure nothing was wrong. All he did was look in their ears and give hearing test to bill my insurance. He could've at least cleaned their ears out
I like this doctor very professional, very happy with the appointment i did
His hospitality was amazing. Front desk did not register me. He had to remind them. The facility is old, worn out and run down. They need major upgrades. All his medical supplies are outdated. He uses clorox wipes, soap/water, alcohol pads to sterilize his tools. He needs to update his supplies, clean his office, organize his office. He washed his hands but did not use gloves to touch the supplies or me. Very old school doctor. I told my mother about his service she told me that's how it was when she was a kid. Medical standards have changed he should work towards meeting them. I would not see him again unless my doctor is unavailable. Which was the case for booking my visit. I did not want to wait for urgent care or go to ER. He diagnosised me, gave me my prescriptions and I was done. Total time was like 25 min. I arrived 930 for 945 app. I was called at 950 at the fault of front desk not registering me. I was done by 1015. He took my insurance info, collected my co-pay, gave me proof of visit and notice off work. He is competent and has great bedside manner. He just needs to be upgraded. I would not recommend him unless he has upgraded his office and supplies. I know the standards of my friends and family. They all work in the hospitaltgat uses present day knowledge and standards. They would not like the look or feel of this office.
Dr, gno was good but I waited 90 minutes before I was seen. Poor communication between dr, and front desk.
I FELT RUSHED. MY QUESTIONS WERE NOT ANSWERED. THE VISIT WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME, AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME QUESTIONS I WALK IN WITH. I KNOW HAVE TO BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WITH ANOTHER DOCTOR TO DO WHAT HE DID NOT DO. A MORE THOROUGH DOCTOR, SOMEONE WHO WILL TAKE HIS TIME, AND EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT'S GOING ON AND NOT JUST REFER DOCTORS FOR UNKNOWN REASONS...
The best part about the visit as the wait time. I went to see Dr. Gno because i've had reoccurring upper respiratory infections for the past several years. in efforts to help me understand whats going on, I seeked Dr.GNO's advice. When I entered the room, i explained my symptoms and issues with these frequent upper respiratory infections. He examined my ears, nose, and throat ( with no gloves on) and equipment that looks like it was 10 -15 years out of date. When I asked him his opinion on the causes, he prescribed me Zyrtec , opened to the door so I could leave and sat back in his office. When I asked if the visit was over, he ignored me and continues to listen to his CD player. Although the medication did work, I could have gone to target and saved myself the trip. If you want a thorough exam and explanation, he is not your guy
He is very accurate with treatment plans and diagnosis. Whenever I go he ensures that a complete exam is administered depending to the issue that I have whether it be my allergies or rhinitis. He is very formal and has a good bedside manner. Excellent doctor.
He is very professional and thorough in treating me. He is one of the best specialist I have seen for ENT conditions and I have seen many.
He was very thorough of his assessment of my condition. I felt very at ease with him and confident of his recommendations.
Does not know much. Does not clean medical equipment's. Not knowledgeable. Do not recommend to anyone to see this guy!
Very eccentric professional with many years experience
Small messy office, but this doctor is efficient. He ran every test and evaluated me completely.
It was pretty good n fast
Even though I had an appointment. I still had to wait.
Filthy dirty office and equipment. Wouldn't let my dog be examined there. Will never go back!
Terrible does not even begin to describe how you will be treated here. Trust me, you'd be better off booking an appointment with Dr. Seuss than this guy.
Very intelligent doctor who is very thorough. A little unconventional in social mannerisms
not the best bedside manners but he really knows his profession. no nonsense straight to the point doctor.
Dr. Gno was excellent. He has a very calming appeal. While he is working on you. I was really, really nervous cause I k new I needed some instruments to be put into my ear to fix my ear blockage. Dr. Gno talked me thru it fast & easy as 1,2 3 done. Thanks Zoc Doc & Dr Gno
a quirky guy. not much for words. but he does know what he is doing. no nonsense but really good.
Im not sure what to say. Going to this clinic was definitely a risk I took, after seeing all the negative reviews...the wait time wasn't as bad, and I was able to see my doc within 30 min. The only thing that concerned me was that the staff had very little knowledge of what insurance they accept, the minute I told them of my insurance the declined and sent me away, if I didn't stand my ground and insisted on speaking with the doctor himself, I would have not only missed my appt., but waste a trip as well. As for Dr. Gno, the most eccentric doctor I've seen all my life... My experience was neither good, or bad...just weird.
Dr. Gno is friendly and professional, the ladies at the front is every pleasant , place is clean. i would Recommend Dr. Gno to my friends
Three words: unprofessional - miserly - bad !!!
The receptionist was extremely nice and professional! Within 5-7 minutes the doctor was ready to see me, which is also a plus. But Dr. Gno has very outdated equipment, the office is dirty and he's very mechanical and cold in dealing with me, he was all business and I felt like he tried to rush me out. Never again!
It's was ok
Although very nice individual, his equipment is outdated and he didn't seem to really care about my issue, was almost robotic in doing the tests. Would not return and would not recommend.
It was totally weird even the fact that he's just renting a space in what looked to be an old bathroom or something. The equipment he uses is very outdated and the sanitary aspect of the whole visit was just horrendous. He doesn't accept debit only cash which I thought was so sketchy no receipt either my copay was higher than normal which I also thought was off for a specialist. It was just overall weird at least the medication he prescribed worked like magic but the consultation was weird.
Right on point
Great! Was experienced, professional, and targeted the issue right away.
The place was filthy and not sterilisation I had to request that he sterilize instruments.he did was his hands then wiped them with g Dirty napkin.and he seemed to be confused with what his next step was.I walked out
It was great.he did a wonderful job.
It went great! He easied all my concerns.
Excellent care. Cleaned out my ear with excellent bedside manners.
Professionally well received and very thorough in his examination. Would recommend to others.
He is very strange dirty he wash his hand with his glove on be had a dirty mask he clean his equipment with plain water and he rude he just very rude
He was somewhat rude and dismissive. I would never go to him again.
Will not return. Just about money.
Excellent quick and complete, I went for one thing to be looked at and he did it all I'm making him my family doctor for sure thank you guys!!!
Seems to know what he is doing, but a little on the odd side.
Can't even explain how unsanitary this doctor is. He does not clean his equipment very well after he finish using them, he just washed them with water and that's all. Also the co-payment was a lot higher than what I usually pay which also bothered me a bit. Will not be visiting again, ever!
i went to Dr. Gno because I thought I had an ear infection. For a week, my left ear was muffled and stuffed (like there was water trapped inside). Dr. Gno is not very talkative, in fact conversation was minimal. A quick examination revealed that it was wax build up. In less than 5 minutes, Dr. Gno had me hearing again from both ears. He also performed a hearing test. Pleasant character and knowledgeable of his profession. I would visit him again.
He has no idea what's going on in the office.
My visit was refreshing. The overall experience from start to end was exceptional.
It was amazing
The ent "specialist " didn't listen to a word I said. The whole purpose of the visit was to gether information regarding a possibly removing my tonsils due to over the year problems. I will not return back to this physician in the future nor will I recommend his services.
Thorough, quick, and efficient. Walked in with no sound in my left ear, walked out in 10 minutes ears fully cleaned and audible.
I think you'll know why when you go
he cleared up my condition on the first appointment. Will return if needed
Great. I would recommend him to all my friends.
Absolutely unsanitary . I would never go back there nor recommend it
Although the wait time was not too bad seeing I was a new patient, the receptionist was very unprofessional. I stood in front of her window for at least 3 minutes before she acknowledged me. When I was called in to see Dr. Gno he was friendly but the equipment seemed old and a bit unsanitary. I was skeptical about him inserting anything in my ear without it being sterilized. The machine he used to test my hearing was inoperable the first time and it took several attempts before it did.
very thorough and efficient
He's a cool doctor
Incredibly unsanitary, could not speak English therefore was unable to communicate with me. He didn't even change his exam gloves! Instead he washed his hands with the gloves on. All in all, I'm ashamed I let this man lay a finger one!
Quick and thorough
Doctor as informative and very helpful
Don't really have much of an opinion yet. I was seen w/in 30 minutes of my arrival time & registration was pretty smooth. However, although Dr. Gno seemed knowledgeable & professional, it was extremely difficult to understand him. Also, the patient room appeared to be very congested & unsanitary.
I was seen promptly and my time wasn't wasted. The doctor was professional and checked everything to see if there would be other causes for my illnesses.
Always a pleasure going to see Dr. Gno even when its for a sick visit...my son loves him..
Absolutely loved him. He is an excellent ENT Dr. Very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns for my son's visit. Will definitely continue to use Dr. Gno. Office staff was friendly and waiting time was barely none.
Doctor was straight forward and to the point. I was there because my right ear was clogged. He started working on me right away and I was not there for longer than 30 mins. I got both my ears flushed and feel great!! Would recommend.
Bueno, lo que no me gusto fue que mi cita era para las 2:45P.M. y tuve que esperar mas de una hora y media para ver al Dr.
Was good I went in unable to hear out of my R ear and left able to hear!!!
he is a good doctor
My visit to Dr. Gno's office was farely good. I only waited about 25 minutes and the Dr. gave me a thorough check-up.He did his best to answer all of my questions.
The doctor knows what he was doing. He asked many questions and was able to alleviate my suffocation (blocked nostrils)
Dr. Gno is very professional. He makes an effort to help his patients. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a ENT who takes straight medicaid.
