We have been going to this clinic for a couple years now. The medical staff is really good, however every time we have had a prescription from this clinic there has been an issue. It either does not get sent from the clinic or if they do send it they make a mistake. Even the written prescription we resorted to had a problem because of an incorrect address for the prescriber. I can understand one or two problems, but this has been ongoing for 6 months!

The woman who checked me in seemed confused and thought I was an existing patient and was trying to check me in while she was on the phone. Lacking some professionalism there. The exam room was very sterile, but dirty and uninviting. I think the office and space in general could use some TLC. However, Dr. Nelson was great.

The young doctor was nice, but he was obviously in a hurry and didnt seem to have the time to talk through my concerns or even asked if I had any other questions or concerns, even though it was a scheduled appointment. It was for a simple consultation, and I still had some questions lingering. But, if his prescription works for what we did talk about, I guess I will not mind coming back because the solution is what Im really looking despite the poor customer care/service.

Everyone in the office was very professional. Dr Nelson came in did his job explained in terms I could understand & laid out a plan of action. He was very nice and strait forward, I could tell he knew what he was talking about and confident in his position.
