Dr. Miller and his staff were professional, friendly and attentive. They diagnosed the problem and solved it. The administration staff were attentive and managed their best with schedules of emergency clients which suddenly pushed many of us back 30 plus minutes but all in all it was a positive experience.

This was my first visit to Town Center Orthopaedics and with Dr. Miller. I wasn't disappointed. The front office staff were very friendly.
I was told that Dr. Miller was running behind schedule and the staff gave me the option to wait (about 30 minutes past my appointment time) or they could reschedule me. I was already there and not in a huge rush, so I waited. I'm glad I did, Dr. Miller was very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in with wrist pain/issues which I described to him. He looked at my previous x-rays and we talked about my expectations to which he offered the necessary course of treatment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Miller and I will not hesitate to see him again should anything else arise in the future.

Overall alright. Doctor kept pushing to prescribe me medication with little to no diagnosis or explanation. What was upsetting was that after I denied interest in strong drug prescriptions, doctor insisted and proceeded to recommend I take anti depressants to cope with the pain at night so that I could just “sleep”. Ineffective in my eyes. A doctors job is to provide explanation, empathy, and a desire to navigate the course of healing together as doctor/patient. However that was not the vibe I got from this doctor. Will be looking to find another doctor that is more in tune with navigating my issue/concern.

The staff, especially the receptionists, are friendly and caring. The dr himself was OK. He had several students with him and during the examination, I wasn't sure if he was talking to me or the student since he barely made eye contact with me. Found that a bit rude. Other than that, he does seem very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Dr. Miller was very attentive and was able to "hear and recommend" a long-term solution to my problem without having to have multiple "trial" runs in order to ease the problem and not correct it. The recommendation is a long-term solution.

Dr. Miller is a hand specialist. This was not specified at time of the appointment. Though the front desk staff was nice, I probably won't be returning to this office.

He was knowledgeable and his staff were all very professional and friendly. It was a great experience. He took time to answer all of my questions and provide advice with moving forward. I highly recommend Dr. Miller.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. The assistant seemed more interested in trying to help correct my condition than the Doctor himself. My condition seemed to warrant a feeling of I was too much of a liability to take on. Not what I expected from what I read from his profile. Disappointed I spoke more with his assistant, and she seemed to genuinely wish to do something, while the doctor was adamant about what could go wrong. Too bad.
