What an extremely pleasant experience! His office is on a nice block, and the office (inlcuding the bathroom) is clean and organized. He clearly cares about his patience. He's very thorough and thoughtful. Having an appointment with him first thing in the morning was a great way to start my day! :-)

When I arrived at the Brooklyn address, I rang the doorbell a few times and no one arrived at the door. When I called the number on the outside sign, the woman who picked up called the office from her location told me no one picked up when she called. She did not offer an explanation as to what the problem was. I decided not to inquire further and just head back home.

The waiting time was a little on the long side, but once the appointment started I was quickly very pleased to have found Dr. Reyes. He was easy to talk to, professional, and very helpful.

He was both professional and personal. He explained what he was about to do every step of the way with the examination, he was clear on the definitions of the terms he used so that I was then very informed about what I was experiencing with my eyes. The prescriptions were explained, especially the side effects, which made me feel more comfortable with filling them. His backup plan for continued care was also explained in details and his hope of my eyes being cared for for many years was comforting. I will highly recommend him to my family and friends should they need their eyes checked and cared for.
