I booked a an appointment with Victoria Gutkevich, OD via Zocdoc. When I showed up for my appointment, the unhelpful staff said they couldn't not find my appointment in the system, and that "sometimes their system doesn't work well with Zocdoc, the Dr. was not there that day, and all the other doctors have full schedules so they couldn't squeeze me in." I was pretty mad since I took time off and paid for an Uber to get to the appointment, they wasted my time. I told the staff that if they know they have issues with Zocdoc, the doctor and practice should remove themselves from being listed on Zocdoc and stop wasting people's time. Pretty frustrated with the whole experience. Definitely won't be returning
