Dr. Rosenblum is very attentive and actually listens to what you have to say. He seems to truly care about managing your pain. Have had issues with pain for nearly ten years and Dr. Rosenblum is probably the best doctor Ive ever had and the most knowing in his field. Just a bit too long of a wait, with a minimal amount of seating when all 4 doctors are in. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful as well.

Dr. Rosenblum is currently the Director of Pain Medicine at Maimonides Medical Center, and sees outpatient at his office in Kings Highway, Brooklyn.
He is a graduate of the Sackler School of Medicine, at Tel Aviv University, Israel. After obtaining his medical degree, he went on to do an internal medicine internship at Columbia’s St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospitals in New York City. He then spent three years training in Anesthesiology at NYU.
Having taken a great interest in regional anesthesia and ultrasound-guided nerve blocks, Dr. Rosenblum decided to continue his post-residency education by spending an additional year as an Interventional Pain Medicine fellow.
As a pain fellow, Dr. Rosenblum learned how to diagnose and treat complex pain problems. Upon completion of his fellowship, he took a job at Maimonides Medical Center where he is currently very active in resident education. Dr. Rosenblum has participated in the development of inpatient protocols regarding opioid and PCA (patient controlled analgesia) use, multicenter trials and the restructuring of the residencies pain curriculum.
Patients who suffer from chronic pain are usually dealing with multiple medical and social issues, they often need a physician who can recognize the complexity of the problem and offer a multi-disciplinary approach. Dr. Rosenblum realizes that each patient is different, and treatment plans often need to be customized to account for the wide variety of pathologies, and coexisting morbidities.
Having grown up in Brooklyn, Dr. Rosenblum is familiar with many of the cultural issues that his patient's deal with on a regular basis. Dr.
Rosenblum has lived in Spain and Israel, and speaks spanish and hebrew fluently.
