My visits with Dr. Schneider are always pleasant, effective, and informative.
However, my latest visit was wrought with communication challenges. Not due to Dr. Schneider but the referral department. Dr. Schneider indicated I should have a procedure performed as soon as possible and told me I should expect a call from the referrals office that day. After not receiving any calls I called Dr. Schneider's office to check the status and was told that the referral department needed information from my insurance. Two days later the referral finally went through. All along my pain has been increasing.
Again, I highly recommend Dr. Schneider.

I'm used to having to wait for the doctors and then not feeling like there was a solution to my health concerns. The moment I met him he got us going and gave me a referral to a specialist so that we can find out what is going on. I highly recommend Dr. Schneider as he is personable and he took one look at me and knew where he wanted to start. I will be using his office going forward because I feel safe under his care.
