My experience with Dr. Vanderweide was excellent. He was very friendly, answered all my questions, and left me feeling confident that he would figure out how to relieve my pain - and he did! This was my first time to use ZocDoc, and I found it very helpful and convenient for scheduling my appointment
The wait included having X-rays taken downstairs in the hospital. Actual wait time was about 10 minutes from check-in until an x-ray tech came for me and then maybe 30 minutes after I got back to the waiting room for the doctor. Answering the question and assuming "seen by the doctor" was 30-60 minutes.

Not happy at all. He was very short with me. Didn't even explain properly to me. Bad experience I wouldn't go back!

Great
People need to organize their work before they see any patient. I went 8.48 a.m, no one was at desk to receive. It took 10 minutes for them to acknowledge my visit. Aand another 40 minutes to talk to docter personnally after i filed all the papers online 4 days ago. They asking me to go to X-ray without even asking if i have one. I have to wait wait wait.

Great doc. Made my daughter feel at ease, was thorough, and was very easy to talk to...He came highly recommended by coaches at our school.
The Doctor and staff were friendly, and I was very happy with the Doctor. However, I was told by the staff that they would send an MRI order right away and they did not. I had to have a serious conversation with the receptionist about getting the order sent immediately as I had already been waiting for it to be sent for quite some time.
