I was away from DR Vastola for almost 1 1/2 and before I left the country I was in the best shape of my life . When I started with DR vastola almost 15 years ago I smoked 3 packs of cigarettes a day and weighed over 250 pounds with in 6 months I stopped smoking and lost 60 pounds , the smoking only took me 3 days with Chantix. So for me DR Vastola has always been my go to doctor He also referred me to a great back surgeon a few years ago and soon I will have knee replacement as soon as lose some of the weight I gained back in the last year. I recommend Dr Vastola to anyone and everyone , his staff treat you like a human being not as an animallike in some of these new clinics insuraces are pushing

When Dr. Vastola left this full time teaching position after five years at the University of Buffalo, he decided to relocate to Florida as an Internist and Gastroenterology specialist to deliver full service care. As a result of this, his practice has grown free of restrictions by H.M.O.s into what it is today. The practice treats the whole person and offers a full range of medical services to patients under one roof, including laboratory, X-ray, Doppler/echo studies, pulmonary function, E.K.G., aerosol therapies, O2 determinations, vein therapies, Osteopathic Manipulation, etc. This means that patients are not wasting time and money to seek out these modalities elsewhere by driving all over town and waiting.
He has been on WJNO radio for twenty years, Fox Television during the 10:00 p.m. news for eight years and Channel 12 CBS, during the 5:00 p.m. news hours doing medical updates and nutritional advice.
Dr. Vastola uses nutritional supplements along with standard medical therapies to treat patients. For five years he has taught nutritional therapies at Palm Beach Atlantic University in the Department of Pharmacy which has recognized his interest and expertise in using them.

Dr Vastola has to be one of the best kept secrets in Palm Beach County. First visit went great (annual physical)! Office staff is pleasant, but the real star here is Dr Vastola (and Patrick his trusty sidekick). He has a great sense of humor and is so down to earth.
Another great perk is that you can get pretty much everything you need done right in the office! X-rays, ultrasound, blood work, etc. Such a time and $$ saver.
Definitely Take a look at his website and be sure to check out the videos while you're there for a sneak peak into the office.
I'm typicalyl not a fan of doctors, bur Dr Vastola is 5 star doctor all day long!
