Everyone was very nice. It was my first appointment and before seeing the doctor they got me in right away for an x-ray. Then I had a 30 minute wait to see the doctor. They gave me steroid injections that day. I was afraid it would be a typical doctor appointment where the first visit is a consultation and you feel like it was a bit of a waste of time; however, it wasn't that way at all. I feel they did everything they could to help me start feeling better right away. Very pleased.

Dr.Walden and his assistant was great- the problem we experienced was after the exam, we where told that they would check into our insurance in regards to MRI coverage amount and there was no further instruction other than wait here in exam room. About 30 min later , we where finally approached and the person at the front desk was a little bothered about having to check into MRI coverage. My wife finally just said forget about it , we would take care of it. Support staff could use a little help with customer service skills.

I filled out all the forms online (4 pages: personal info, history, problem, insurance, emergency contact, etc.) and then was asked to fill out the EXACT SAME INFORMATION AGAIN when I got to the appointment. I had printed out a copy of the online forms, but the receptionist WOULD NOT ACCEPT them. She insisted that I had to fill out the same information on the office (paper) forms AGAIN. The doctor was good, but I would not return to that office.

Very happy with my first visit. My only complaint and the reason it took so long to be called back to x-ray, was I had to fill out all the paper work again that I had filled out online, thinking I was saving myself time when I got to their office.

I liked the appointment booking procedure. I arrived 30 minutes early at the office's request. I waited more than 45 minutes after my appointment time to see a doctor. Once I saw him he was great!
Every aspect of the experience was professional, thorough, and highly informative. Dr. Walden explained his thoughts for next steps with clarity.

It was great! Except that I had to fill out the paper work again, since they said that they only accept paper work filled out in the office by hand and not anything from online.

Dr. Walden and the staff at Premier Orthopedics were pleasant and thorough. It was reassuring to know how I need to care for my fractured shoulder to avoid further damage and surgery.
The visit was fine but zocdoc didn't work.

Excellent doctor!
Verified patient
Dr. Walden was wonderful. He assessed my shoulder pain after doing an x-ray of my shoulder. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Then, he recommended a steroid injection into the shoulder. It's been about 6 hours since my injection and my shoulder is already pain free. I just wish I had made this appt 4 months ago and I could have saved myself a lot of frustration and pain.
Verified patient
The visit went great once they got me back. I got an email and text reminder saying my appt was at 9am but when I got there they said it was at 11am which I know I did not schedule. I didn't get into a room until 10:30 and when they were discussing taking me back, I saw the nurses had an attitude like I did something wrong. But once I saw dr walden it went great! Finally got an answer/option I've been looking for for 2 years! he's the doctor I've prayed for.
Excellent, personable attention to my concerns.
Understood that at 76 I was not looking for surgery (ever) but wanted relief of the shoulder pain. Took Xrays and injected both shoulders. He and his staff were very personable and professional. Would highly recommend him to others.
