I shower up a few minutes early to complete paperwork. Was taken back promptly and a full history was taken regarding my knee pain. 6 minutes later I was taken for extras and 10 minutes after those were complete the doctor saw me. Asked about my pain. Completed the exam and explained my X-rays. Suggested next treatment steps and follow up after that. Very thorough. I was very at ease and everything was very organized and timely.

What I really like about Dr. Z is he is conservative yet works to figure out what is needed. He also knows that procedures can be painful//scary even for adults. He works hard to decrease fear and anxiety. Alicia is also always thorough and pleasant.

MD is excellent, receptionist not customer service oriented. Forgets people are patients and have needs and need help

Dr. Zoellick was very kind as was the x-Ray tech. The receptionists were incredibly rude and impatient.

Very concise and to the point. No jumping to conclusions. Some treatment and then see what happens.

He’s clearly excited about his work, explains exactly why he recommends the procedure. The rest of the staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable.

I've always read reviews regarding doctors that try to rush you out of the office, but I didn't believe them and never experienced that until I saw David Zoellick. I was having massive back pain and he barely let me explain all my symptoms. When I followed up about treatment options and subscription options he was already walking out the door. I had about 5 questions that I wanted to ask. I asked the first one with him out the door. He turned and attempted to walk out again before I stopped him and asked him another. He answered that one and walked out the door. Impossible to communicate with him. Not a rude guy or a bad doctor, just very impersonal and super rushed.

Dr.Zoellick only "chatted" with me for maybe five minutes before he walked out of his office. I went to see him due to hip pain situation that happened two weeks ago and joint is still very painful to walk and sit. I do have a total hip replacement in this hip that is two years old now. Dr looked at the x-rays, felt hip area of pain, while was sitting in the chair, not asked to lay on exam table for hip check. He said x-rays show nothing is broken, looks like a bad bruise, should feel better within four weeks. I asked him, and if pain and issue doesn't get better, then what? Call you again? He answered, you could. WHAT? A huge waste of time, and he is an orthopedic specialist?? Shocking.

I completed all the intake records online via ZocDoc, however, somewhere in the process (not sure whose fault) they did not receive, so I had to re-do them. Not much they could do after determining the pain in my finger and toe was just arthritis and me geting old- At least it gave me an answer and peace of mind.

He is too good, but waiting time is too much. Had completed and submitted all forms online.Still waited 45 mins to be attended by his staff.

Everything felt a little rushed. The nurse took my info thoroughly, which was great - but the doctor missed asking about 1 of the three things affecting me. However, he did seem very knowledgeable. I also like the the staff was friendly, the place was clean and that there is an X-ray machine on-site. The doctor also gave me some complimentary heel grips.
However, I would have preferred to have not felt so "rushed" and also to have been given the time to ask questions or to have more questions asked of me to prompt me to say something I may have forgotten about a particular injury. Additionally, it would have been nice to have some recommendations to any changes to my activities or lifestyle.
Otherwise, I would definitely keep him and establish him as my orthopedic surgeon for any future visits.

Dr. Zoellickk seems like a good guy, mostly on-top of what's going on with his patient and means business. He is pretty informative and puts his diagnoses into terms a lamen can understand. I forgot to ask a few questions I had, but that's mostly my own fault.
