It was the last appointment of the day and she seemed like she wanted to go home. The appointment was rushed and she interrupted me to correct me about an issue I was experiencing. She rushed through the appointment and had quick answers. It did not seem like she was interested or wanted the full story. It seemed like she wanted to go home. I will say, the office manager was lovely. She was very helpful and took extra time to help resolve my copay query. Dr. Horowitz also provided several helpful referrals and prescriptions helpful to my needs. I felt very uncomfortable while interacting with her, though, and cried during the 20 minutes that I was waiting for her because of how uncomfortable I was.

Overall, I had a good experience with Dr. Horwitz and the office staff. Everyone was pleasant and professional and most important to me, efficient. Dr. Horwitz was respectful and patient. Hopefully future visits will be the same!

Dr. Horowitz was extremely patronizing and arrogant. As a professional person who deals with people myself, I found her to be very limited in her perspective and very condescending. She treated me as if I was a problem, not a person. Would never use her or refer her to anyone. Suggest that she take an interpersonal skills class to help her develop her emotional intelligence skills to match her very high iq.
