Everyone was so helpful and so patient with my six year old daughter. They were so friendly and answered all my questions.
Doctor Rosenthal was very nice, her devotion to me as a patient, was quite commendable, i have yet to meet a Doctor in any field that gives the patient their attention when the patient is describing what it is that they feel. The office staff went far beyond their duties, they specifically took interest in me being there, they where attentive, respectful, courteous, and took the time to guide me through there efficient process. Thank You Doctor Rosenthal, and and Staff.

First of all the nurse left my daughter in the middle of the testing to do something else not even saying a word then we had to siwtch the room four times not knowing where to seat us the doctor her self was sooo worried about insurance payments and co-payments talking about it loudly in her office as if she had no patience waiting to be seen the rooms are a mess I cacelled my appointments
I was very unsatisfied with my visit to Dr. Rosenthal's office. Firstly, her office waiting room was quite small and there were so many people in there that I couldn't sit and had to fill out the paperwork standing up. I then waited around for about 35 minutes before I was taken in and saw her medical assistant, who was nice and had a good bedside manner. When i finally saw Dr. Rosenthal about an hour and fifteen minutes after I had arrived, she was very short with me and told me that because I had forgotten my glasses at home that she wasn't comfortable giving me the vision exam (which I find to be ridiculous). Her bedside manner wasn't very good; she was very rough when putting the dilating drops in (and didn't even ask if I was driving, I wasn't, thankfully) and she was forceful and yelled at me when i kept squirming because she was hurting me. She asked me questions about my family history and did a glaucoma test. I then was sent to the waiting room for another 20 minutes to let the dilating drops take effect, and was then called in to do the retina scan (I think). I sat in the room waiting for her, and when she came in she had me walk down the hallway with her back to the reception desk, told me that I had to have two procedures done. When I inquired about the procedures and for literature on it, she told me to Google it. Total I think I maybe spent 8 minutes with her, and I felt as though she didn't really care to see me or that I was there. I will not be returning and will discourage anyone else from doing so.
Such a horrible experience. The office is so disorganized. They didn't do their job and I was made to feel like it was my fault.
