I love Dr. Tozer. She hasn't been treating me that long (due to a long distance move from my prior OB), but she picked up exactly where my last OB left off. I cannot be happier with her and her staff. Without too much fuss, she realized how in desperate need of a Hysterectomy I truly was. We went over all of my options, and I am so pleased at how quickly she expedited my surgery, realizing that 32 years of misery were only getting worse. I have had one post op appointment and my recovery is, so far, flawless (5 weeks now), and I give her credit for that. I am quite active and fit, but a great surgeon makes a huge difference. She is very caring and took much time with me. I highly recommend Dr. Tozer.

I moved to Colorado after finishing my training at Indiana University in 2005. I have enjoyed and continue to enjoy having the opportunity to be a part of so many peoples’ lives as my practice has grown. I take pride in the continuity I provide my patients from adolescence and beyond.
I strive to stay on the “cutting edge” with the most current guidelines ensuring the best care possible. I am currently providing women with the most advanced minimally invasive surgical options with single incision laparoscopic hysterectomy as well as procedures that can be done in the office. My goal is to make the recovery as quick and smooth as possible.
When I’m not at work I’m busy taking care of my three boys and one girl. They keep me busy with school, band, soccer, and baseball. I enjoy running and am always looking for a race to challenge me. I also enjoy fly fishing and with the help of my husband I can catch a trout on occasion. My newest project is to try to learn how to golf.

Dr. Tozer's office called me about an hour before my appointment and asked if I could come in early because Dr. Tozer had another patient that was going into labor and she needed to get there to care for her. I agreed, but just assumed that I was going to be rushed in and out of my appointment so that she could finish up and get on her way. It was quite the opposite. Dr. Tozer was thorough, friendly, and listened to all of my concerns and addressed all of them. Everyone I dealt with was warm and friendly and I was very pleased with the experience.

I've been going to Dr. Tozer for years. She delivered both of my children and helped me get the help I needed when we were struggling with infertility. Dr Tozer is great. The receptionist on the other hand, is not. I arrived at 12:55. My appointment was at 1:00. They were closed till 1:00 for lunch, no problem. About 1:03 I stated knocking on the door and calling the office. No answer. It wasn't until 1:10 when the receptionist came and unlocked the door and proceeded to give me attitude the rest of the time. Very unporfessional.

Dr. Tozer was very friendly and professional. She took time to explain what was going to happen and then what was happening as she proceeded with my exam. When we finished, she explained the options, made recommendations, and took time to address my questions. Rest of the staff was equally qualified.

Dr. Tozer is always professional and friendly and willing to answer questions and spend time with me as needed making sure any concerns are addressed. They need more medical assistants. The bathroom had 3urine samples that were waiting to be collected, this not only smelled but grossed me out. The room that I was put in wasn't properly stocked for the exam. When I was completely ready and in position for the exam Tozer had to leave the room to get the right supplies. Dr tozer was very friendly and eager to answer questions. Not quite as thorough as previous doctors, she didn't inquire more information about my family history as other doctors have. The reason this concerned me was that my mother had a stroke in her 20's which I listed in my information but she never asked me if they knew why she had a stroke. I found that strange.

It is rare these days to see a doctor take their time with you and not make you feel pressure to get in and out of the room so it can be occupied by another patient. Dr. Tozer sat and talked with me in detail about my health and answered ALL my questions. I truly felt as if I was the only patient in the office.
