Dr. Albers is very professional, nice and made me feel comfortable. However, I was not too impressed with the rest of the staff as they were not as friendly. They get their job done quickly and efficiently, however I did not feel welcome. Just a smile would have made a difference!

She was super nice, staff was very friendly efficient and quick. Got there early so I may fill out paperwork ahead of time before my appt. but after was turned in I was seen quickly. I cannot complain about my visit.

I am always seen at this office in a very prompt manner. Dr Albers took her time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Her office is never crowded with patients. I also know that I can email her directly regarding concerns or questions about my diagnosis.

Dr Albers is very kind and compassionate. It's very easy to schedule an appointment. The portal is great because you can view all medications, appointments, and tests on there. I am usually seen right away. She explains options and diagnoses and how things are treated. It has been awhile since i have seen a doctor, with Dr. Albers I will be going on a more regular basis.

Dr. Albers is the absolute best and she exemplifies what doctors should be about. She spends time with you to get an idea of the whole picture to determine your best treatment, not just looking at one symptom in isolation. I wouldn't see anyone else unless I move to another state!

From the moment I walked through the door, my visit was awful. The receptionist was rude, cold, and dispassionate. The nurse was aloof, but bearable. She appeared disinterested and did not go out of her way to be nice or provide me with a more comfortable and enjoyable visit. The doctor had a terrible bedside manner. If you'd like to feel badgered and insulted more than once, visit this doctor.

She was great and very personable! I haven't been to the doctor in probably ten years and was scared to death and she definitely put me at ease. I'm glad I went and will not be so nervous next time! :)

I was having issues with foot pain ongoing for 2 years. Dr. Albers went through with me my diagnosis, and took her time to rule out other conditions that may be present. I haven't seen a doctor in a few years, and was nervous about going.
I will definitively keep her as my doctor. It was very easy to book through zocdoc.com.
