“In my honest opinion I had a great experience and I will say this, I went into the urgent care barely able to hear because of earwax build up and the treatments I did at home got some wax out but not enough to where I could comfortably hear at a good level. I did the ear flush and couldn’t hear for about 2-3 hours after it and I thought maybe it would take days to a week to hear again but I ended up hearing a lot better after using ear drops a few hours after the appointment and then my hearing literally came back to a comfortable level thanks to urgent care. I highly suggest this place due to the quick wait time and the professionalism. The biggest blessings that we sometimes take for granted is hearing, seeing, smelling, and more until a situation happens where u have to go without being able to hear for days which is a horrible but enduring experience.”

Any urgent care copay or deductible will be collected at the visit. SCHOOL/WORK/SPORTS/DOT PHYSICALS ARE NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE.
We accept all FL Blue Plans, Aetna, Open Cigna, Oscar, United PPO, and Medicare Part B only.
We do not accept Simply, Humana, Sunshine, Ambetter, Avmed, Molina, or United HMO via Zocdoc. Please call the office before booking to check benefits.
We provide Primary Care, Geriatric Care, Pediatric Care—both acute and chronic illnesses—mental health, and various emergency care services.
We are the only facility in Central Florida offering walk-in mental health services.

I was a little disappointed with this doctor. He listened well, but was very unclear about what I needed to do to get better and about what prescriptions he was giving me. He told me he was giving me four prescriptions, including a nasal spray. I arrived at the pharmacy and he had sent 6 prescriptions, no nasal spray, and an inhaler which I had specifically told him I did not want want as I had a bad reaction to them. It was confusing to figure out what the extra prescriptions were. It turns out I only needed one. Also, the doctor did not test for my Covid, strep, or the flu which is the reason I went. He just looked in my mouth then prescribed a bunch of meds. I would not recommend this doctor's office, but they were not horrible, so in a pinch they were worth using.

I went into this office to get a wart removed. Small 1 inch wart right on my left forearm. The doctor decided to do cryotherapy, she did not wrap up the rest of my arm to avoid the nitrogen to burn me while trying to aim for the wart. She shot at my arm and I was left with a second degree burn. I had to go to another hospital the next day to get it treated, along with antibiotics for an infection… This could have been avoided, says the two nurses and doctors at Centra Care. I hope that this does not happen to anyone else, due to that I will be taking legal action.

I was seen by the physician assistant PA Jeune, who was very patient, informative, and caring. She answered all of my questions thoroughly. The staff, including the intake nurse, were extremely friendly. The facility is clean and well-organized.
