I am a board certified neuropsychologist who works with people who are struggling with cognitive (i.e. thinking) problems, including difficulty with attention, memory, learning and organization. These problems can be due to ADHD, Learning Disorder, dementia, depression or other medical or psychological conditions. My practice focuses on neuropsychological evaluation of your thinking abilities to help determine what your strengths and weaknesses are, to help clarify diagnosis and/or to make recommendations as to how to improve quality of life. I also do Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for individuals with attention and organization problems, usually due to Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) to help develop strategies to work around these problems and to target your behaviors and thoughts that may be holding you back.
