Hello! I'm Nnenna. My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and cultural humility. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey—together, we will work to unpack trauma, manage stressors, and build coping strategies tailored to your needs. I provide care for individuals facing mood disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and other mental health conditions. My therapeutic style is integrative, relational, and person-centered. I honor each client’s unique identity and lived experience and aim to empower you to reconnect with your strengths and values. I utilize a blend of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Positive Psychology & Strength-Based Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. In addition to talk therapy, I provide psychiatric medication evaluation and management when clinically appropriate. I take a thoughtful, integrative approach that combines psychopharmacology with psychotherapy to promote holistic healing. I specialize in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipNnennar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), panic disorder, and insomnia and sleep-related issues. My clinical approach emphasizes collaboration, active listening, and patient education. I believe in empowering clients to make informed decisions about their mental health while offering compassionate, attentive care throughout the treatment process.

My approach to treatment is characterized by a patient-centric philosophy, where I work in tandem with each individual to develop a personalized plan that addresses their needs and concerns. This involves incorporating the latest evidence-based practices in medication management and psychotherapy, as well as fostering open communication and collaboration with patients and their families. By doing so, I empower individuals to take an active role in their own healthcare through education and behavioral strategies.
