Front desk receptionists need a lot of training. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. They rather point fingers than apologize for the mistake they made. I absolutely love Dr. Moola though ... she's literally the sweetest and makes an uncomfortable situation very comfortable. She gets 5 stars.

I was running late that day so I called the office and let them know that I would be arriving very soon.
Apparently the main desk has the order to reschedule an appointment if 15 minutes passed of your actual appointment.
Fortunately, I arrived 14 minutes before my time ran out and was able to see Dr. Moola.
She is perfect. It was my first time seeing her and I am very happy that I found her.

All the staff I spoke were very polite and professional but also friendly at the same time. Dr. Moola was very friendly and explained everything she did for exam. It was my first visit since I moved to VA. I felt relieved knowing that I have a gynecologist now in my neighborhood.

Dr. Moola was very quick and efficient with everything. I always feel like these types of appointments are awkward but she made everything flow nicely. She was very curt about a somethings, but it wasn't too bad. I think she was just trying to move as quickly as possible. Her nurses were kind! I would only recommend a phone follow up about all tests that are run - the site the provide isn't the most clear.
