Dr. Delia Gonzalez is thrilled and honored to be Gynics Associates newest physician. She completed her undergraduate degree at North Carolina State University where she double majored in Biological Engineering and Biomedical Engineering, summa cum laude. Dr. Gonzalez then returned to Texas to pursue her medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She was fortunate to complete her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency here in Austin where her family resides.
Delia has lived in Austin for the last four years and has fallen in love with the city. She enjoys listening to live music around town, watching movies, and spending time on Town Lake with Danny, her fiancé, and Dagny, her 100lb puppy.
Dr. Gonzalez’s passion for women’s health is realized in the sincere and caring relationship she builds with every patient. She believes creating a trusting and comfortable environment is of the utmost importance.
Dr. Gonzalez is committed to learning and utilizing the newest and most advanced technologies to better serve her patients. She is particularly interested in minimally invasive procedures, including the DaVinci Robot and Single Incision Laparoscopy (SILS).
Dr. Gonzalez is proud to provide outstanding obstetrics and gynecological care to the women of Austin.

Dr. DeLeon is always a delight. She is very professional and easy to understand. She makes sure that you feel open to talk with her about sensitive issues and is more than willing to answer any and all of your questions. I believe she has a true regard for the well-being of her patients, and I plan to keep seeing her indefinitely!

Dr. DeLeon is so sweet! She really makes you feel like she cares and not like she's just rushing in to see you so that she can get to the next patient. She is very knowledgeable and listens to what you want and gives good recommendations to help your needs. I'd definitely recommend her!

Dr. Gonzalez was warm and welcoming. She seemed very interested in my circumstances as a patient, and was very knowledgable. When informed that I was on a shortened vacation schedule, she was extremely accommodating. I have to say something about her assistant, although I regretfully cannot remember her name--Dolores?--she was personable and comforting during an uncomfortable procedure. Thanks so much to them both!

I absolutely LOVED Dr. Gonzalez (now married and goes by Dr. DeLeon). She was so friendly, professional, and did not make the appointment feel rushed. She is extremely comfortable to be around and was gentle in what can often be a very uncomfortable exam. I am absolutely going to recommend her to all my friends!
