“I was hesitant to return to Thrive Medical after a horrible experience in Pflugerville. However, this Round Rock location was rated 5 stars and so was Dr. Aguirre. I decided to give Thrive another chance. Everyone has been so kind, professional, and happy. From CJ at check in, the tech who made me less nervous, the Quest Lab phlebotomist on sight, and then Dr. Aguirre herself! I am making sure to arrive earlier than my scheduled appointment time based on past negative clinic experiences and being turned away. This has not happened at this location. ”
