I had a great visit with this provider. She was friendly and thorough. The staff member that checked us in (both my husband and I had appointments at the same time) was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am a bit squinty and have pretty sensitive eyes, lol. The doctor was very patient with me and I appreciated that!

Dr. Martell and her secretary were both so personable and friendly. She explained everything to me to help me understand which was kind. I had NO wait time and they had me in and out of there in no time! Really glad I found them and would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience getting an eye exam and new glasses. The staff, Bruce, was very friendly and funny, and also gave me some music education! Dr Martell was great and made me very comfortable and was super helpful. I would recommend this eye doctor to anyone!

Even though I had my appointment confirmed via email that the doctors received my appointment, I got to the office and they had no idea I had an appointment, and didn't have my forms I filled out online. They expressed their frustration, and only had 10 minutes for my eye exam.
I made my exam for the sole purpose of figure out why I was experiences major eye pain, migraines, etc... but each time I expressed this concern I received no response, to which she assured me that my eyes were "basically fine". She did not talk to me at all about my pain, ways to manage, etc... she just wanted to get me in and out of her chair as soon as possible.
The only redeeming part of this was her secretary, who was very personable and sweet.
I will not be returning.
