I never leave reviews for anyone, however, this experience I just couldn't keep to myself. My visit with Dr. Granda-Gilbert was my first therapy visit ever and it was horrible. Very unprofessional office. During our session she ate her breakfast, made personal calls, and spoke about her personal life. I was willing to overlook these things until she fell asleep in mid-conversation!!! When I walked out and told the man at the front desk, there was no apology or anything to make their patient (me), feel comfortable. I ended up walking out and receiving a phone call from her personally saying she was sorry that she was so comfortable that she fell asleep and even sleep talking to me. At this point, there was no reason to even entertain a conversation, I felt very disrespected as a first time patient who was trying to receive help.
