Dr.Jones was absolutely wonderful, she made me very comfortable right off the bat, and listened to my concerns without me feeling like I was being rushed. She was very clear with her answers, and very gentle with my annual. I am already recommending her to my friends!

As co-founder of Femme Next Generation Women’s Care located in Thousand Oaks, California, Dennis Idowu, MD, FACOG, is proud to be part of this first-of-its-kind practice that provides urgent and routine health care to address the needs of women.
Dr. Idowu graduated from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, as a premedical student and went on to pursue his medical degree at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. He then went on to complete his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center in Oakland, California.
Since completing his training, Dr. Idowu has worked as an Ob/Gyn provider in both large and community hospital settings where he has been heavily involved in both resident and medical student training. Dr. Idowu has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications on a variety of gynecologic and obstetric topics and has presented his research at national and regional conferences. He has the designation of FACOG, indicating that he’s met additional experience and educational criteria to qualify as a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Idowu views women’s health as a unique way to connect to the community and affect the health care of families as a whole. He values the relationships he develops with patients and their loved ones. He listens intently to the needs of each woman who comes into Femme Next Generation Women’s Care, so he can provide the best in care.
Dr. Idowu is an avid sports fan. When not working, he enjoys exercising, traveling, cooking, and spending time with his family, including his wife, children, and pets.

My experience with Dr Idowu was great! He made me feel comfortable and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. I had never been to a male gynecologist before and was a little hesitant, however he made sure I understood everything that was going on, was comfortable, and didn’t make me feel rushed like some doctors do. In all, I highly recommend this doctor and office.

Everything was great with the exception that at the end of the appointment we were left in the room and told to wait and then they forgot about us so we ended up waiting there for almost an hour.
