Dr. Browne is amazing. So amazing that I switched my primary care physician to be under his care. He is patient, caring and very knowledgeable. His office is clean and I appreciate the quick responses and the availability and flexibility. Free parking is also a big plus.

I will get to the Wonderful Dr. Browne in just a sec. Ok, walked into this Beautiful establishment that I now call ”Heaven” to be greeted by two lovely women at the front desk, but the one that started my process Stefanie (hope I spelled it right) is her name, but she should be called Angel. She set the tone and it only got better from there. As I was doing my questioner for first-time patients, the door opened and my name was being called and I barely got started! There I was in the hands of another Angel who's name I sadly forgot (I'm so sorry). She was the nurse that took all my vitals and measurements and things. She was very Caring and Kind(again thank you). Well she had to take my blood pressure several times because of how high my numbers we're (180/108) and I'm talking HIGH! After she was done, she met up in the hallway with my doctor because he was already on his way oh my goodness right!! His name, Dr. Derek Browne. I was extremely nervous because I don't care much from doctors because of past experiences with other doctors. Well, he walked in and extended his hand straight away ... He actually Shook My Hand!!! As you know most doctors don't shake hands and if they do it's very quick and limp. However, instantly I felt calm and very emotional because I felt Safe. Dr.Browne took his time with me. Because my BP was so high he started me on meds straight away and affirmed me that all the other issues that I was dealing with were going to be fixed. Well, I cried again. I've never felt so cared for from a doctor Ever!! He then began to set me up with Everything I needed to get me healthy. He's pretty incredible. Wait one more thing! He sent me for Lab Work where I met yet another amazing woman by the name Nancy. Like most, I'm very fearful. and anxious when it comes to needles, but I declare she was so comforting. She placed that needle on me and that's just it. She placed it on me, THE NEEDLE WAS ALREADY IN... I DID NOT FEEL A THING!!!!!! Nancy, you can take my blood Any day lol! Well I think I've said enough.
Thank you Dr. Browne and Team! All of you are Angels and I'm very excited getting my health on the right track in your care. ????????

Dr Browne has a great personality and was very friendly. He has a lab in the same building so it was convenient to get bloodwork done. The office staff were nice. The facility is brand new. He referred me to specialists for more specific concerns.

Dr. Browne is nice, but sometimes I feel like he DOES NOT LISTEN TO HIS PATIENTS. I have gone to him two times for two separate issues. I tell him what is wrong and he does completely separate tests as if he’s trying to eat up your insurance and/or waste your time, and you end up having to diagnose yourself by the time he finally takes action. What’s the purpose of seeing a doctor by that time? I’m trying to be patient with him, but it gets difficult and frustrating each time.
