I enjoy traveling the world, hiking, walking, yoga, pilates and trying new foods.

Appointment with provider was fine. She wanted bloodwork and to do it in the morning because I had to fast and said she’d put in the order. I gave it a couple days and made an appointment with the lab today 3/4. Had to get a babysitter to watch my newborn and toddler. Get to the lab, no order. No easy way to contact this provider.
Reached out to the customer service they told me “we see in the notes she was going to put in an order but has not, we will message her but we are unsure if she will see this message in time” so I waited at the lab from 7:15am-8:00am. With a 7:25am appointment. And nothing.
So I paid for a babysitter got up early to go do bloodwork, had an appointment, and couldn’t even get the blood drawn. I’ll be finding a different provider. Orders should be placed immediately after an appointment with a patient. This was incredibly frustrating.

I felt like Cinderella. After being refused care for what seemed forever an angel swooped down and put her arms around me. That is what it felt like. I have not been able to get care since I moved here. I am so thankful .
