Dr. Derek K. Zukosky graduated from Michigan State University in 1993 with a Bachelor's Degree in science and mathematics. In 1998 he earned his Doctor of Osteopathy at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan and completed his urology residency at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Dr. Zukosky went on to complete a fellowship in Urologic Laparoscopic Surgery at the University of Heidelberg in Heilbronn, Germany. He is board certified in Urological Surgery. Dr. Zukosky received his certification in da Vinci robotic surgery through Ohio State University. He is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, the Colorado Society of Osteopathic Medicine, the American Osteopathic Association, the Colorado Medical Society, the Rocky Mountain Urological Society, and the Denver Regional Osteopathic Medical Society. Dr. Zukosky's areas of interest include prostate cancer, kidney cancer, BPH, urinary stone disease, robotic and laparoscopic surgery.
