The zocdoc appointment did not work. The office was not aware I was coming and was running an hour and a half behind. The receptionist told me to call for appointment and recommended I not use zocdoc.

Never go here.... Unless you are ok being treated like a sheep with insurance. Their staff is emotionless and there procedures are not solid. They don't link with ZocDoc through there computers. They had no idea i was coming, even after I spent 20 mins at home online filling out the paperwork...A matter of fact the girl sounded like a robot at the front desk as she slide open and glass shield to "welcome" me. After repeating my name and her confirming she didn't have me in her system says oh "you are here for your vasectomy". Nope not at all, unprofessional at its finest.. Good luck if you go here.
