The PA was ok. She didn’t seem to be rushing which I appreciated.
But the office overall i do not recommend. Had I known it was part of a chain, I would not have booked it. I was away on vacation and needed help w a skin reaction. They gave me a written prescription and I ended up taking it to the Publix they recommended. I had a prescription for 2 ointments. I only got one filled and they kept my prescription. When I realized the pharmacy’s mistake, I tried reaching the office at least 10 times to get a prescription for the missing ointmen. I couldn’t get anyone from the office on the phone. I got through with a phone operator that after talking w me for 20 min decided she needed to transfer me to the office only to get their voicemail again. I reached out through their portal and I don’t think they even read my messages before responding when they finally did the following day. So I spent the money, over half a day of my vacation w 2 small kids, and didn’t get the help I needed.
