Dr. Devin Kowalczyk (Dr. K) is a Psychologist in California who has been practicing since 2016. He earned his PhD in Clinical Forensic Psychology from Alliant International University, Fresno Campus, an MS in Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysis from Michigan State University, and a BA in Psychology.
