Hello and thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. Im Caron pronounced just like Karen, and I bring a lifetime of diverse experiences to my work as a counselor. Having lived through many of life's transitions myself, I understand that growth often comes from challenge and change. My perspective as an older adult allows me to connect with clients from all walks of life with authenticity, patience, and empathy. Over the years, I've learned that healing isn't one-size-fits-all, it's a personal journey. I draw on my own lived experiences, professional training, and genuine curiosity about people to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel truly seen and heard. Whether someone is facing anxiety, addiction, grief, or life transitions, I help them discover their inner strengths and move toward a more grounded, fulfilling life. My goal is to empower clients to recognize that it's never too late to grow, to heal, and to live with greater selfacceptance and purpose.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
