Despite a confusing call from a staff member prior to my appointment, the doctor answered and addressed all my concerns. The staff member said that the doctor won’t have time to address my concerns which were related to the skin assessment, so I wasn’t mentally prepared to actually allow the procedure. I would have to go back another time.

I’ve been dealing with scalp problems since I was a teenager, every other doctor would say it was the ingredients in my shampoo or it’s just seasonal dandruff. That’s all they would tell me. I went in for a consultation. She looked at my scalp and know the problem right away and gave me helpful tips and in less than a week. I started seeing results. They’re amazing.?

Please don’t go to this doctor. I went to her for a serious skin problem. I had so many questions but she didn’t even listen to me and went out of the room after talking for a minute. I went behind her, and her assistant came in to answer my questions.
Out of 7 questions, assistant didn’t know any of the answers. So she went back to doctor and came back with 1 answer. For 2 questions she said doctor doesn’t have answer, and for the remaining she said to book another appointment.
The staff was also rude at reception. Avoid going to this practice.

Very happy with the Dr I was seeing but the front desk really brought the experience down. I went to check-in as 20mins had passed since my scheduled appointment to confirm I was on the schedule and the receptionist was incredibly rude and made me feel bad for just checking in. Clearly someone who shouldn’t be patient facing.
I also called prior to my scheduled appointment to ask if I could be seen earlier as I was very uncomfortable due to my condition and was received very coldly with a simple repeated No. I would have expected more empathy for my situation and at least to offer to connect me over the phone with a Dr to discuss OR offer other Dr availabilities. I was pretty dumbfounded .

I felt that Dr. Mehta really listened, and was very clear and supportive in walking me through options for my concerns.
Her team is friendly, and it seems that everyone supports each other - I had a lovely and efficient visit, will recommend to friends.

They called that same day to confirm the appointment and when I arrived the appointment was cancelled. They ask me to return another day but I had already requested time off at work. The doctor find some minutes to take me but the slot was a pretty short.
The front desk was horrible as q the assistant told me it was my fault since my native language is not English. Won’t return.

My issues were not addressed properly. She injected some medicine into my cystic acne and that really didn’t work, so when I messaged her on patient portal why can’t I see the results she told me that I would need another appointment. I felt she was inexperienced.

It was my first visit, Dr. Mehta and team were very relaxed and professional, they listened and helped me figure out the best options for what I needed. I enjoyed learning about different options for skincare and procedures, and felt heard and supported. I was given clear instructions on a routine and options for next steps, skincare products etc.
I would highly recommend.

I would never go back.
She didn't put enough time for me, the visit time just took 5 minutes and she didn't answer my questions. I'm so disappointed.
I also mentioned it to the clinic staff that because she didn't answer my questions I don't like to have any appointment with her in future.

I would highly recommend Doctor Mehta, from first introduction, she was empathetic, thorough and caring. She had great explanations for future care and a wonderful bedside manner that made me feel supported and heard, and in good hands.

Doctor Mehta was amazing and I am so glad I found her! The office staff was also super friendly and very helpful. Overall I really appreciated how the doctor listened to my concerns and gave me the time I needed to feel like I am an in good hands. Also in the appointment the doctor found an issue and was able to take a biopsy right then and there and set a follow up.. and it was for something I wasn't even aware may be an issue.

But it was absolutely humiliating that for part of my skin screening (the most personal part) the doctor invited an audience in to watch????? This has never happened to me before for this type of exam and it was very weird and made me feel shame and embarrassment re: my body????
