Doc was great! Good bedside manner, methodical, and addressed all questions directly. Front desk staff is another story. She seemed lost the entire time and if she is the one also answering the phones and texts, is giving out wrong information.

To be fair, Dr. Khan seems to be a fine physician. But I have now been waiting for four days to get his office to send a prescription to my pharmacy. I have called and spoken with four different agents on their customer support line, and each one of them assured me the prescription would be sent to my pharmacy right away, and they would call me to confirm. No phone calls, no prescription, and now I'm going into day five of having to chase down a basic prescription eczema cream. The "hold music" on their phone line is filled with banter about how important their patients are to them. That has not been my experience at all.

Waited over an hour past my appointment time and the doctor just looked at me for a quick five minutes and didn’t seem to really fully examine the situation to the extent I expected after waiting for so long.

Office was clean. Doctor wasn’t a very clear communicator. Would use large technical terms without explaining the meaning. Had to clarify I didn’t understand what he was talking about. Overall, a fine visit. Choose this office as it was close to my home and work.

BEST DERM APPOINTMENT EVER !!! …. Been to 3 other dermatologists prior and have always been rushed through and left ugh questions unanswered.
Dr. Khan was thorough and took the time to explain things to me with useful recommendations . I have been dealing with a chronic skin issue and saw 2 different derms who were okay , but impossible to get a follow up appointment to deal with my recurrent issue . I was able to book him the day of , and his clinic also accepts walk ins.
Staff were amazing ! Friendly, professional and patient with my many comments and questions
I highly recommend dr. Khan ! Such a breath of fresh air ! You can tell he cares about his patients and wants the best results !
