She strives to best help her patients regain their normal function using a comprehensive approach to care, including both interventional procedures and medical management, with particular interests in minimally invasive techniques and neuromodulation.
Dr. Shiwlochan completed her medical degree at the American University of Antigua and an anesthesia residency at Yale New Haven Hospital in Connecticut. She then went on to pursue the prestigious Weill Cornell Tri-Institutional Pain Fellowship in New York City, where she treated complex patients at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and the Hospital for Special Surgery.
