Absolutely fantastic Optometrist. She went over the results of my test and offered very clear advice on what I could do to ensure I keep my eyes healthy. She does a very thorough job going over every aspect of your care, and it's refreshing to go to an eye doctor that isn't just in a hurry to take your prescription then try and sell you glasses/contacts. She actually cares.

Dr. Ngo makes you come back to her office after a week of wearing your newly fitted contacts in order to complete your prescription and make an order... I mean it's not like you have a job or other things to do. When I schedule a fitting, the thought would be that I will get my prescription that day since I am paying for the visit that day.
Her office staff seems inexperienced:
I went through the trouble of filling out all my insurance information and providing it over the phone when I called and they didn't even apply my insurance before they "rang me up".
They charged me for extra tests that weren't covered under my insurance even when I told them not to and tried to reason it away when I asked why at the time of paying the bill.
Finally, I asked for a total amount for my contacts when I made an order through them and they told me they wouldn't be able to give me a total until I came in to pick them up... After running my card. Not sure how that works...
Overall, I think they have scheming down to a "T".

This was my third year seeing Dr. Ngo and as always, I was met with not only a professional and thorough experience from not only her, but her staff, but I also felt that each individual (including and most especially Dr. Ngo) gave me their full and undivided attention during my tests, the exam, and throughout the eye glass selection process.

The best customer service I have ever gotten at any medical professional's office! Dr. Ngo was an absolutely wonderful individual who did everything in her power to make sure I felt as welcome and comfortable as possible. Not only her, but her entire staff was absolutely wonderful to deal with, and they all did a fantastic job. I've now finally found an optometrist that I am happy with!

Diana Ngo was involved in the entire process involving my check-in to the moment I left. She was extremely personable. Very down-to-earth, open and honest. I enjoyed my time in her care. Dr. Ngo was very concern. extreamly considerate & respectful. She explained her diagnosis completely. It wasn't good news---but that wasn't her doing. She immediately had a plan of action. I recommend her completely. Zach, who is her technician was very sweet. Very kind. Extreamly competent. You will trust her and love her office!

I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Ngo very much. The glasses I bought ended up being a lot more expensive than I wanted to spend, but I could have changed my mind at the end but I liked my choices so I went ahead and spent the money. That was my choice. Just didn't think it would be that much.
