Diane Chang was very polite and listened to all my questions. She did a good job of explaining the examinations. The appointment took a while (about an hour) between waiting, etc., but everyone was friendly.

I had a generally good experience, however, even though I booked the appointment with Diane Chang, my actual appointment was with Thomas Chang. He was a good doctor, but it's just misleading to book the appointment for one doctor when they're not even working that day.

Dr Chang was great, the administration needs to be improved. At the end of my test, Dr Chang clearly said to the person in charge of ordering contacts that we should wait for a week before finalizing the order. Three days after my appointment I received a call letting me know that my contacts are ready for pick up. The same person also disregarded Dr Chang's request for a follow up appointment. I'll probably look for a new place, even though Dr Chang was very clear, thorough and helpful.

Dr. Diane was very thorough and patient, asking all relevant questions and taking her time to listen and understand.. I went there for my allergies and the medication she gave me was very effective.

Dr. Diane Chang is a wonderful doctor. She's very professional and very courteous.
The nurses and receptionists on the other hand were unprofessional and at times rude. They chastised a trainee in front of waiting patients. They lost my patient information and remarked that it didn't matter because I was late for my appointment while I was clearly within earshot. It was a busy day and it appeared they were trying to train two new people, but that doesn't warrant the atmosphere in the waiting room. I have reservations about returning as a result.

Dr was great but office staff seemed unprofessional. They were talking loudly knowing I was there as a patient and using inappropriate language in their stories. I felt they were disrespectful to me as a patient and to the dr. I clearly heard them in the exam room. I liked the dr though and wish it was a different atmosphere.

Doctor Chang was great. She did a thorough eye exam to make sure she prescribed the correct contacts for my eyes. She didn't waste any time during the examination so it didn't take long but still answered any concerns that I asked about. I will be back for my next checkup.

The doctor is extremely competent and communicative, great manner, relaxing and efficient.
The front office, however, conveys just the opposite impression - they got my name, appointment time and wait time all wrong, and the person who put me through the various tests could not answer questions about the meaning of terms such as "astigmatism". I think the guy is new, possibly overworked, and not well supervised.
Hole your nose, and get through to Dr Chang, who is worth the front-end incompetence.

Doctor was great but office manager was unprofessional and unpleasant. Wait time unacceptable. I arrived early for my 8:40 appointment was delayed while office staff verified my information with insurance company. Staff was much more concerned about getting my $ than they were about treating my eye. Staff was reading my private health insurance information (name, dob, etc.) out loud in the front office for any and all patients to hear. Again, the doctor was great but the office manager was not someone I would want addressing my customers. General office staff was great but seemed to work in fear of the manager - the tension and atmosphere was palpable. According to office manager Obamacare prevents them from issuing actual paper prescriptions anymore - obviously HIPPA didn't prevent them from broadcasting my private information to the entire office waiting room.

Dr. Chang was fantastic! She was patient and took the time to explain to me what she was doing and why she was doing it. I also liked that she gave me information I needed to make an informed decision about my own prescription/treatment. Her staff did a great job of clarifying the nuances of my insurance policies, which I greatly appreciated.

Dr. Chang was very nice and thorough but the office staff was a bit of a mess. They screwed up my insurance claim which took about 30 mins to sort out over the phone with Aetna. They also tried to upsell me on some non covered procedure and make you sign a bunch of papers when you waive it. Don't like feeling like I'm in a department store at the doctor's. Listened to a sr staff member reprimand a jr member in front of everyone, and a couple of the receptionists barged in the exam room while I was in there to discuss my insurance that they'd messed up on my chart. Oof! I'd go back to see Dr Chang because I liked her but the staff needs to get it together.

I really liked my visit with Dr. Cheng. She was thorough with the examination and made sure to ask me if I had any questions along the way. She is also very sweet. Highly recommend!
