I booked to get my eyeglasses numbers so I can order some backup pairs for the future, and this is one of the places that accepted my insurance, I saw a female doctor and yet who I booked was a male, not a big difference but it would be nice in general if when booking they will mention you will be seen by the DR themself or a partner.
Anyways, the lady who took care of me was polite, understood my anxiety needs in the office & completed the exams with ease. Got emailed my prescription and would recommend this place if you need a good eye exam.

The office staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, as was Dr. Huy. Wait time was brief (they took me in early!) and I felt at ease and comfortable the entire time. I was without my glasses at the time, and they rushed the order for free so I'd have the new pair as soon as possible. Highly recommended.

Really comprehensive and thorough appointment.
Only thing was he was wearing the Ray Ban Meta glasses... I don't believe they were actively recording because the light wasn't on, but it was a little off putting in an appointment setting. Kind provider otherwise, but that feels weird in my opinion.

Phenomenal experience with this office! The space was super clean and the staff was friendly, welcoming and informational. I was spoken to at the front desk instantly and had minimal wait time for the appointment. The doctor was super nice and took his time to chat with me, ask about my history, explain test results, and answer all my questions. The lady at the front desk was very kind, answered my 100 questions with no issues and went above and beyond to study my insurance offering while I was being tested so when I came out she chatted me through what I can take advantage of to get new lenses, frames, and contacts for as cheap as possible. Best medical experience I have had in years across all doctors. 10/10 recommend!
