Dr. Lum was very thorough. I spent a long time waiting in my room, but once I was seen, she spent a long time covering all the bases and answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend her!

Dr. Lum is very smart, and has a good sense of humor. She forgets a lot of things while you are talking to her before she goes to write instructions. She is difficult to get follow up from. Hard to catch because she doesn't work all week long. Hard to get refills from, and she has forgotten paperwork.

It was ok, I only saw her for a moment. Didn’t get a chance to actually get to my doctors appointment because of the depression test they ask you, she immediately sent me to see a psychiatrist, so now I’m still having migraines, still dizzy and the emergency room is not helping me because I don’t have a primary care physician!

Waited almost an hour before I was seen (yes, I had an appointment). Doctor prescribed a medication that completely conflicted with another medication I take. If I had not read the information for myself I could have taken something that could have seriously harmed me. When I told her about the conflict, her response was, "well you don't have to take it if you don't want to." She did not offer to replace the prescription with something else, I had to ask her, and it took her days to call something else in. Hands down, one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a physician.
