Patel, DO, PharmD Board Certified in Internal Medicine | Fellow of the American College of Physicians | Fellow of Society of Hospital Medicine With more than 15 years of experience in adult internal medicine, Dr. Patel brings both extensive knowledge and a personal, compassionate approach to patient care. He holds dual degrees as a Doctor of Pharmacy and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and is a Fellow of the Society of Hospital Medicine, the American College of Physicians, and the American College of Osteopathic Internists.
