I remember using Zocdoc in the past, a few years ago. I did not remember what my checkup was for. But now that i am looking for another appt, i was able to see why I went to see a doctor in the first place. I see the appt that I had with Dr.Ritter, and omg do I have memories! She was great when she did my checkup. I am so glad that she was the person that took care of me. I have no regrets. She is courteous, polite,and had a wonderful demeanor. She is just a wonderful doctor. Everyone will love her

I waited OVER 3 hours to be able to see Dr. Ritter. My appointment was at 10:30 am, got there early and yet I wasn't able to see the Dr. until the LATE AFTERNOON, I'm talking about around 2:30-3PM. It was ridiculous, I am never going back to this place ever again, and I won't recommend anyone go there either. While Dr. Ritter was nice and all that jazz the wait was not worth it, had I not been going out of town I would have just up and left. That place was ridiculous and no one updates you, even after you ask. They say they will call the nurse and check but they just ignore you instead. Why make an appointment if they make no effort to keep to that time? Complete and utter bull. Avoid this place like a plague, I see Dr. Ritter has her service in other clinics, hopefully they are better than the Bedford Park one.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. The office is EXTREMELY unprofessional. After waiting two and half hours (with no warning and after receiving an attitude from the nurse when I asked how much longer it would be) I was able to see the doctor. The doctor was perfectly pleasant. Once I was done, I was told I had to wait three weeks for results that don't normally take that long and that I had to come in to get them. When I told them I could not sit in their waiting room for another three hours I was told I could call, but was also warned (by the doctor) that the office wasn't very good at returning calls. Once I went to fill my prescription, I realized that the medicine was not the type I was accustomed to taking. I called back and was told the doctor would call in a different type. I called two hours later (at 4:45pm) to check on the status but the staff was no longer answering the phones, even though the recording says they close are five. This same recording asks you to leave a message after the tone; unfortunately, there is no tone. The phone continues to say that you are being transferred until you get frustrated and eventually hang up. I will NEVER be returning to this office.

Dr. Ritter was great! As a new patient I felt very comfortable and Dr. Ritter fully answered all of questions and concerns. The staff was amazing as well! I highly recommend her.

Even though I waited the staff was very friendly and communicative. They kept me informed as to why I had to wait (Insurance problem). Once I was processed and seen by the nurse and Dr. Ritter it went really well. Thank you!

This is going to be a long review but it is very honest.
The wait time here is ridiculous. For my first appointment, I spent over 2.5 hours waiting to be seen and then another 15 minutes in the exam room alone and finally about 20 minutes with the doctor. For my follow up appointment to get my test results I waited over 1.5 hours for a 5 minute appointment.
Dr. Ritter was very friendly but definitely overworked. While I was waiting in the exam room I overheard her yelling at the staff about being over scheduled. While I understand her frustration, I'm not sure if that was the most professional thing to do. I also had a chance to meet with Yvonne (her NP) and she was also very friendly. They both addressed my concerns and conducted thorough exams.
There are several doctors in the office so it is often very crowded. A majority of people (patients and staff) are yelling back and forth in Spanish. After waiting in the front you are called back to a room your vitals are taken. Then you wait in another area near the exam rooms. During my second visit a woman came in to the back waiting room (she had to pass by the reception desk/front waiting area!) and started soliciting sales for makeup out of her bag. When no one bought anything she just walked right out the front door! How does a solicitor end up in the back part of a doctor's office? Several staff members saw her but no one said anything.
Also the staff there do not seem very concerned with privacy. Both times when I was getting my vitals checked people walked into the exam room. Then when I was discussing my test results with Yvonne someone walked in.
Honestly, Dr. Ritter and Yvonne were fantastic but the office leaves several things to be desired. I'm not sure if I will return or if I will recommend the office to others.

This Doctor is one of the greatest GYN I've been to. Very patience and kind, she really listens to you and does not talk down to you. I would definitely recommend this Doctor.

The wait time was far too long, especially as I needed to get to work, but Dr. Ritter was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know very clearly. The rest of the staff at the clinic were also very friendly and it felt like a very comfortable environment. I definitely plan to continue using this doctor.
