The doctor herself was great! The wait if you're not pregnant is HORRIBLE, felt like I was at a planned parenthood. When I asked the front desk about the wait, she told me they prioritize women who are pregnant and bleeding or women who are pregnant and are having complications. Understandable, however, the women that were seen before me sure looked happy and unbothered. Ive never been pregnant, but with someone who specifically chose that time for work purpuses, you could see where I'm coming from. Long story short, IF YOU ARE NOT PREGNANT not the place to go. And good luck trying to contact them with any concerns.....

This was my first ever annual exam and pap smear, and Dr. Kiseleva had made it a very pleasant one thanks to you kindness and superior bedside manner. She's very understanding and seems to really taking time to listen to you and answer your questions, making sure you're in good hands. I was very nervous prior to the exam and she was assuring and proceeded very gently that I didn't feel any pain that a lot of people have experienced during their exam and pap smear, let alone it be their first! For that, I'm truly thankful for Dr. Kiseleva. A little bit of the downside is the wait before being seen, around 30-40 minutes. But in exchange for such a great care from her, totally worth it for me. Thank you again, Dr. I will be seeing you next year :)

The doctor was really sweet, very cool, easy to get along with. The whole staff (nurses and admins) were dealing with an office full of patients very gracefully and efficiently. Dina's bedside manner is fabulous, very kind and took the time to examine concerns I was having.

There was a long wait time in the office, and again once I was in the appointment room. There was an issue upon checking in that I was assigned to a different doctor than with whom I scheduled. They fixed it, but it caused a wait. The doctor herself was great.

I really like Kiseleva. I've been visiting her for a year and we hit a rough patch a while back but she really went above and beyond to help explain things and find the best available options. I really recommend her. The only thing is the wait time to see her. If you're crunched for time then book an AM appointment. I end up waiting 60+ minutes on every late afternoon appointment - I think they get behind schedule and it all gets pushed back. Still worth the wait though!

This is my second time with her and i had a lot of questions for a new type of birth control I wanted to switch to -- she was super helpful and patient. I felt like I got everything I needed to know to make the decision that was best for me and was able to schedule my next appointment immediately. It's a big office and they really have their stuff together.

She was very polite and made me feel very comfortable. She answered all of my questions and gave me great advice on the various different birth control pill options. My only complaint was that I made my appointment for 1pm, they said it wasnt till 1:30, I then waited till 2:15 to be seen. I do not mind waiting if it was on a weekend, but I left work to come and wanted to be in and out.

Dr. Kiseleva is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The office is in a convenient location and I did not have to wait too long to be seen.

Dr. Kiseleva was great, however, the office receptionists weren't too professional. They had prenatal forms ready for me with my name on it, when I was not there for a prenatal visit. I had specified clearly on my ZocDoc forms the specific reason for the appointment, and had filled out the preliminary info ahead of time as well. However, when I was given forms that I had already filled out through ZocDoc as well as the wrong forms, I informed the receptionist, and she told me that the lady who prints those out doesn't get into the office until 9:30am, and it was only 9:00am; she also laughed for having printed out the wrong forms for me without addressing the cause or any apologies.
Tough call on whether I'd keep going to Dr. Kiseleva as she's great, attentive, and very helpful and honest, but her office staff isn't up to par.

I absolutely loved Dr. Dina Kiseleva! She was kind, understanding, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring OBGYN. I felt comfortable during the appointment and left feeling calm. The office called me the same day to give me my results. Hope this helps!
