He completed his residency in Family Medicine in 2007 at White Memorial Hospital, which helped forge his ongoing relationship with the hospital. Following his residency, Dr. Chavez decided to pursue his dream of serving the low-income community of South Central Los Angeles where he grew up following his family’s immigration to the Unites States from El Salvador.
