Avoid, terrible experience. Unprofessional in every way.

Dr. Verma was kind and personable during the visit. However, it was impossible to get in touch with any clinician after the fact. My medications were not sent to the pharmacy. And all attempts to get in touch with anyone at the Bethesda location failed, even by their own call center workers. The poor reviews posted by numerous others reflect my experience. I would never, ever return to AllCare. It has been the absolute worst health care experience I have had overall.
Verified patient
Doctor is in general well mannered and amicable. However, I couldn't help to feel he "knew" what diagnosis was before I could be explicit about all the symptoms I had been experiencing. Labs were also requested before I would even talk to the doctor, which seems like an unnecessary (and nonfree) additional process.
The doctor was very thorough and eager to help. I agreed with most of his diagnoses, but still had some concerns about others despite telling him previous specialist’s findings.
